Here are four (4) things to add to your daily routine:


  1. Let prayer be the first thing you do in the morning and the last thing before going to bed

  2. Have a healthy breakfast or eat at least one fruit for the day

  3. Read a scripture or chapter from the bible or any other religious or motivational book

  4. Catch some fresh air
